Transport yourself to the charm of bygone eras with our Vintage Inspired Wooden Deckchairs. This stylish deckchair features "Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose" by the renowned John Singer Sargent, a masterpiece now housed in the Tate Gallery. The inspiration for this oil painting arose from a boating expedition Sargent embarked upon on the Thames at Pangbourne in September 1885, accompanied by the American artist Edwin Austin Abbey. During this excursion, Sargent was captivated by the sight of Chinese lanterns adorning the trees amidst lilies, which he beautifully captured in his artwork at a later date using the daughters of the illustrator Frederick Barnard as his models. Crafted to embody the grace and charm of bygone eras, this deckchair seamlessly blends classic aesthetics with contemporary comfort. Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a leisurely read, this deckchair promises both style and relaxation.

Made from a solid FSC sustainably sourced beech hardwood, this deckchair is sturdy and durable, designed to last through years of use. The entire frame has also been treated with teak oil to provide a gorgeous finish and excellent protection against the elements. The slings are made from hard-wearing polyester sail cloth, printed using state-of-the-art technology.
