Choose from a great range of vintage, contemporary, retro and antique sofas and chairs

Our wide range of vintage sofas and chairs is by far one of our favourite categories. The satisfaction of finding the right seating is immeasurable! Here at Lesser Spotted, we have a style to suit any space, whether you’re looking for the perfect statement sofa in your industrial style loft or an original folk bench in your cosy country setting, you’ll be sure to find it here. We know the importance of choosing the right chair or sofa. It is the main ingredient for entertaining family/friends or putting your feet up after a long day. But how do you make the right choice from our huge variety of seating? Allow us to help. Size matters. Decide just how much space you would like to sacrifice for your desired chair or sofa before purchasing. You want to make the area feel loved and lived in with plenty of space for comfort and moving around the room. Think about colour and style. Whether you’re working with a large space or a smaller space, odds are that the sofa is the main focal point of the room, and if there’s enough space, an armchair too. You want something that will carry the space and complement its surroundings. If you prefer more traditional styles, a classic two or three seater with neutral and earthy tones would work well in any space, perhaps with some accent colours/cushions to make it pop. Or why not try something more vibrant and fun for a more personal touch to transform the space? Consider the layout Decide what you’re using the space for. Perhaps you just want a nice relaxing area, separate from the rest of the room to wind down in front of the television or with a good book. In this case, why not go for a chunky, comfortable two or three seater positioned in that direction. Alternatively, you could consider a corner sofa to divide the space off, creating the illusion of a completely different space. Or if entertaining is more your thing, arrange your sofa and chairs in a semi-circle, perhaps around a coffee table to host gatherings and bring the group together. Read less.
